Malachi making Challah.

Actually, while we made the actual Jewish recipe of Challah once, we now just use our regular bread recipe and braid it.

Using my bread machine to form the dough, I use:

7 oz. warm water
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4. cup honey
1 tsp salt
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
2 tsp yeast

I use this dough for tons of things. Loaf, rolls, breadsticks, bierocks, stromboli and challah!
