| Friday, July 20 We went to the Meteor Crater site in NM also. It is one of those sites that looks big, doesn't look big, looks big, doesn't look big. Pretty wild. | The Actual Meteor. |

| Friday, July 20 We went to the Grand Canyon. Again, it is just amazing. God carved this during the flood, there's no way it took millions of years. If you don't think so, do your research of Mount Saint Helens. There's a mini grand canyon formed there in just minutes. |

Monday, July 23, Mark had a gap in time during his conference, so we all went to the beach. The girls played in the sand and flew a kite with one of us, while the other swam in the surf with the boys. |

| Tuesday, July 24 For dinner one night, since our hotel was right across the street from Disneyland, Mandi walked over with the kids to Downtown Disney (didn't cost to get in there) and looked around and we ate dinner there. The gal with the parrots was funny, "get a picture while you get a change, only free thing you will get at Disney!" Ain't that the truth! :-) |

| Wednesday, July 25 Not wanting to fight the horrible traffic again, we decided to check off all of our list today and therefore stay past rush hour and also not have to drive into town anymore. Here we went to the La Brae Tar Pits. Wow, that was cool! Hmmm, lots of fossils, buried in rock layers, flood! That is how fossils form! Duh! |
We ate at McDonald on Hollywood Blvd. That street really is a sad place. Seeing people idolize other people. We've now checked that off of our list of things to do. Been there, done that. | |||
| Now we're to the part of our trip that is the most meaningful... getting to see Wang and Li and Zachary! They came down from SF to spend a few days with us now that Mark's conference was over. |

Suffice it to say, this ferris wheel ride was more that we expected.....I'll say no more. California Screamin' roller coaster was a blast though. Malachi even went on it! |

| Saturday, Our second day at Disney. Here's a tip, don't buy the shirts at the parks, go to the closest Wal-mart and find them for 1/3 of the price! |
Li and I took the girls to the Princess Faire. They made crowns and learned to dance and act like princesses from Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella. It was truly a magical time. You can't beat Disney for details. The guys took the boys, who are obviously older and wanting to do different rides, to some different rides. |

Then on Sunday, we went to San Diego, 1 1/2 hours south and went to Sea World. We got to pick up star fish here. Even Sadie did! |
|||
We had a lot of fun at Disney. We figured it was their busiest time of the year, but we'd be standing in line with the people we love and spending time with them, so that was okay. |

| Mark and Li rode together, they are the ones the most afraid of heights, but that is just the way it worked out. |

| The change of terrain we have seen is amazing. These two pictures were within an hour of each other! Besides the fact that within a couple months we've touched Canada and almost touched Mexico. Wow God. Thank you! |
Zzzzzzzz. The End. |
