Waiting for Isaac to arrive

Okay, for all those people who wanted to see me big and pregnant....Mark's mom had actually gotten a shot here January 24th, which was a good thing because Isaac came 1 1/2 weeks early, which is more like a month early for me since I usually go 2 weeks or so over, and we didn't get our own "about to pop" picture!
I'm with my sister-in-law, Katie, who is also pregnant and due in June.  Quite a bit smaller!

Friday, January 29th, The Corliss gals took me out to eat and had a little shower for me at the restaurant.  They even brought a cute (and yummy) cake.

We at downtown Grand Rapids at Bistro Bella Vita.  It was delicious!

The next morning, my ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship, aka Sunday School class) hosted a shower for me.

It was so sweet of them, I was completely shocked when they told me they were going to do it!

It was such a lovely afternoon, and our ABF has to have a couple of the best cooks in the church, in fact, they cater!  It was such a blessing!

Little did we know, that time was ticking for me. We had just moved the boys out of the baby's room 2 days before.  After this shower, I planned on going home, putting up the crib and getting these presents organized, which I did.  Sunday was a rest day,  Monday I balanced the checkbook, went to bed and went into labor!  Total shock, but thanks to God for His perfect timing and allowing me to get done what I "needed" to.
