A Nice Taste of Spring!

Our homeschool group took a tour of a greenhouse. Ahhh, it was so nice to see the beginnings of all these plants! Flowers were blooming on some. The smell of dirt - oh I love spring! The refreshing newness that God gives us every year!
We're gathering in the room waiting to get started on the tour.
The man starts explaining what we're going to be seeing when we go on tour.
Here they can load quite a few semi trucks and keep them cool so the plants don't wilt until it is time for the drivers to take the trucks away.
Here's inside a cooler room where they can fake the 14 weeks of winter needed for certain bulbs to bloom later.
Brrr, we left our coats back in the first room since most of the tour will be warm!

Ahhhh, the wide open spaces! Okay, not really, but at the end of winter, a little goes a long way!
