Ice Skating at Rosa Parks Circle

We went downtown Grand Rapids on a Tuesday night - what a deal - $1.00 to skate and that includes the skate rental! It was a beautiful night. Mark and Sadie started the night out by just walking around while the rest of us skated.
We went with a lady from church, older but still VERY active! She was trying to teach me to skate backwards if you wondered why I look so goofy.
I didn't get any good shots of Malachi or Cosette. Cosette has really enjoyed the skating we did a couple of days ago and this night. She's very good at it!

Sadie finally decided she wanted to try skating and Mark decided to brave it too. With his bad knee, he's always super careful not to do things to hurt it again. He did fine though. It was nice, there wasn't many people there. In fact, for the last hour there was only a handful of people there besides us. Very cool to have the ice rink to yourself! :-)
