It is April and Isaac is starting to Bloom!
He's changing so much! Starting to smile more and more. By the end of the month, he'll smile like crazy for ya, if you can catch his eye! You pick him up and he won't look at you. So, back and forth you put your face in his view and he'll look the opposite way! But finally, after about 30 seconds, you can catch his eye and then he'll coo and smile at you. He's adorable.
